  I want my money back. The poor child butchered my hair. Left it uneven wasn't even gonna edge me up I had to ask. She doesn't look like she even has a license. No way can't be how terrible she cut my hair. Didn't blow the hair off. This place should be ashamed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

  I went to this Greatclips not too long ago to get a haircut and trim, and I was taken care of by Camden. She was very nice, and really thorough with what how I wanted my hair cut and trimmed. Great customer service, I would come back to get another trim. Though it would be 5 star experience with how great the haircut itself was, if the salon hadn't been so hot to sit in. I could only stand to be inside for my haircut, not even a hairstyle due to how hot I was getting sitting in the salon. I went to get ice cream next door after my trim, overall great job and experience. Thank you 🩷.

  I was told by the staff, today, to write a review, so here it is. An older lady by the name of Linda, cut my hair. First time with her. I walk up to the shop, was the only customer and she was sitting on a bucket, smoking a cigarette. I have nothing against smoking, but maybe a little unprofessional? Definitely not a Southern Belle. Anyway, I sit and ask how long she's cut hair and she says "2 years". Her younger coworker overhears and questions her answer, then Linda follows up with "a long time". Why would she lie to a customer about her experience? Again, unprofessional. Tbh, she lied, got called out for it, messed up my sideburn/beard, had cigarette breath and was overall unprofessional. First time in my life I didn't tip a stylist/barber, and I tipped $12 previously, to another girl who works there.

  We've been to this location twice now for my son. My son has a hard time trusting people in general and even more with people touching his hair. The first time we went on Christmas Eve and a young lady cut his hair and was very nice to him. I really appreciated that. We went again in January, and my son has his hair cut by another woman. This lady was so nice to him. She took her time with him, and he even let her wash his hair which he is very particular about. She spoke to him and asked him questions about his hair cut and made sure to walk him through each step of his cut. I really appreciated that. He really enjoyed getting his hair cut and this is something he always dreads. I will continue going to this location as long as this lady is there. I really wish I got her name. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for someone to take their time and getting the job done correctly.
