The staff and treatments at Woodhouse are simply divine. I experienced the black salt treatment and felt smooth and relaxed after it was all said and done. Anna facilitated my experience and was responsive and kept me informed of the entire process and next steps. The black salt treatment is perfect to address dry winter skin.
When I was checking out there was a small issue with my giftcard and the staff promptly resolved it.
I will say I hope they consider asking/requiring guests to not use their phones in the quiet room as we wait for our services. I realize everyone relaxes in their own way, but seeing people record the quiet room or scrolling on their phones distracts from the environment.

Monthly spa days here are non-negotiable for me! Every visit is consistently amazing. The front desk team Zaida, Paris, Hailey, and David are always welcoming and make everything seamless.
Alice gives the best deep tissue massages. No debate. And if you want a permanent glow, Sabah is the one. Her facials and product recommendations are next level.
10/10. Highly recommend.

Alice was really incredible! She was not massaging the surface. She knew where the muscles were located along with the bones. She is a healer!!! I really enjoyed my massage with her! The service and hospitality at the door is always so friendly. I love enjoying a sparkling water before and after my massage in the relaxation room! It's very calming. I have been to this spa several times and enjoy coming back for the amazing people and services.

The experience I had today was exceptional and empathetic. Today was my birthday and I also was dealing with the death of my uncle. As I arrived they were very empathetic, consoled me and also gave me a little time to gather myself. They brought me back to it being my spacial day, they even had a sign as I walked in saying "Happy birthday Carla". The masuesse I had was absolute perfect. I will probably travel back to Houston just to get her services again.
You guys rock at making someone feel special and heard. Thanks again Team Galleria!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We welcome guests aged 12 and older. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the visit, and some services may require a signed parental consent form. To ensure a serene and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
All guests using a Woodhouse Spa gift card as a form of payment are required to present a valid physical ID at check-in. This ID will be scanned and filed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
A 20% service charge is applied at the end of service(s) and goes directly to the service provider. Gratuities in addition to the 20% service charge are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
