  Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with my experience. I’ve had multiple massages before, so I have a good sense of what a quality session should feel like, and this did not meet that standard. The massage therapist seemed disengaged and gave the impression that she did not want to be there, which made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the service. At the beginning of the massage, she worked through the covers before eventually removing them, which felt ineffective and unnecessary. I don’t see the benefit of paying for a massage when it starts without proper hands-on contact. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, and the space smelled clean and well-maintained.

  It seems to me that they hire some of the best massage therapists in Houston. Luke is very knowledgeable, great at what he does, and cares about his clients getting better. I've been working with him for a few months now and always leave feeling better than when I arrive.

  Cory was awesome! I’d been having so much neck and shoulder pain from traveling last week and been trying to self remedy at home. Progress was not happening as I wanted it to so I booked an appointment. I chose to do a deep tissue and Cory delivered the pressure I expected and needed. Deep tissue can sometimes be intense, but he gave just enough space between digging into those tough spots that I felt so much relief I almost fell asleep. After the appointment I felt a great improvement in my neck and shoulders.

  I absolutely love the NOW! It feels like a little getaway relaxation oasis- especially with the background ocean waves and white noise. You can expect excellent service every time. While all therapists are great, Ricardo is by far my favorite. He understands interconnectivity of the body and can target pain points effortlessly. He really cares about making sure his clients leave feeling better than they came. Do yourself a favor and book NOW!

  Really good experience at The now in the Heights! The front desk staff was incredibly patient and helpful while walking me through booking my appointment and answering all of my questions, which I really appreciated. My session itself was incredible (exactly what I needed) and the overall vibe felt calm and welcoming. I ended up taking advantage of their membership promotion, so it’s safe to say I’ll be back. Definitely glad I checked this place out.
