I’ve been coming here for a few months and I have to say, I was initially disappointed by the mediocre level of massages I’ve received and ended up cancelling my membership. However after being recommended by a friend, I booked an appointment by Ricardo and he was hands down the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever had. His hand are like magic. He was super professional, listened to my concerns, and his technique was on point. My tense muscles have never felt more relaxed. I will be coming back and resuming my membership again.

As you walk into the massage space the sounds of nature soothe you. The space is absolutely stunning and rooms are so clean - the aesthetic couldn’t be more perfect to tuck you in for your massage. Kassema was my therapist and she helped relieve shoulder pain and worked out tension in my neck - she is absolutely amazing! I have already booked my next appointment on the monthly membership 🤍

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I’d been transported to a beachside retreat — soft ocean scents, calming decor, and the soothing sound of waves in the background. Total instant relaxation. My massage with Ricardo was incredible — he has such a calming presence and perfect technique. The pressure, flow, and attention to detail were spot on. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the experience both relaxing and restorative. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and honestly like I’d just had a mini vacation. The NOW has definitely become my new go-to spot! 🌊✨ Highly recommend!! *Update* I had a second massage (twice in one week, I know) with Taylor and oh my……. Her hands are magic!! Highly recommend her for deep tissue.

I paid $20 extra for a deep tissue massage and told the masseuse that I had a big knot in my shoulder for several days. However, the “deep tissue” was very minimal if at all—maybe 5 minutes maximum of more moderate pressure—and I got no relief from the session at all. The person up front was nice enough to refund the $20 for the deep tissue portion, and the place is overall clean and nice.
