The staff is disorganized, and I was not ever booked for my appointment. I gave my credit card information and still was not booked for my appointment for some reason. I barely got an “I’m sorry” and that’s about it. The rest were excuses. I traveled from The Woodlands to their Memorial location just to turn around and go home disappointed. I also called back to speak a manager about my experience and I was told a manager named Nicole would call me. I have yet to hear from her or The Modern Halo. I guess they couldn’t care any less. Don’t waste your time. This is a luxury service and it is not cheap, they should treat their customers a lot better.

Great ambience, massage and hair treatment was so relaxing, I honestly feel like I can't properly review because I fell asleep halfway through. I've been hoping for a head spa to open in the area for ages and I don't know why there aren't more of them, they're divine. I did the platinum package and it was well worth it. Would do that over a traditional massage any day.
