The staff here are all super sweet, helpful, and have a great aesthetic sense. Had such a wonderful experience here with Bri helping me through the consultation and Serena pitching in some ideas too! Star was also so helpful in finalizing the placements and expertly and swiftly finished my 3 piercings. Ended up leaving hella satisfied and excited with the curated piercings for my particular ear anatomy. Bonus, we got to walk out with these adorable butterfly clips to keep the hair out of the way! Definitely will be back!!

I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Serena really took the time to help me style my ear and recommended a snakebite conch which I absolutely love and would never have thought of! She was so patient in helping me pick earrings that would match with my current stack. Star was my piercer and she is the best! So sweet, friendly and encouraging, she walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. I never felt nervous and she took such great care of me and my best friend as we got piercings together. Highly recommend this store and the great workers here!! Thank you!!
