- RGRobble GDec 11, 20251.0Qe were christmas shopping and the caucasian lady with straight blonde hair we got help to find a product. Then, after we got that item I wanted to browse around to get gifts for for Christmas but she was following us around in Sephora section. But that's not all. She followed us to the sweater section. After browsing the store for more gifts, we came back to check out. She refused to check us out although she just checked out a caucasian customer. She told us the hispanic lady will check us out. She pretended to go help someone instead but the lady said she didn't want any help. She should have came back to help out, but instead she looked away and walked around aimlessly. It's a bit odd how these people act here. It wasn't this weird 2 years ago

- MAMelissa AndradeJan 3, 20251.0The experience to make a return is so bad and complicated based on the policy that you can only return on Sephora at Kohl’s and not on any other regular Sephora store and vice versa. So I tried to look items to make an exchange for returns over 30 days and there were not products available that match with what I need. Additionally, some of the products were bought in special or discount time and basically the savings were lost because nothing match with what I want versus what they have. This is the closest Sephora from where I live, and now is better if I drive more and just find a regular Sephora Store.

Sephora is typically very helpful when it comes to choosing a product or consultation, but I walked in and must’ve passed at least 3 to 4 employees, and not one ever said hello. Even at check out, didn’t ask how the visit went, or anything at all. Disappointing especially when they were practically dead during this time of day! Good service goes a long way
