  Never would I shop at the sephora at this location inside of kohl's. Like where is the customer service here?? they lack in many areas, first being customer service I was greeted by only one person, and the lady that worked there in front of the other lady just looked at us and didnt greet us. Like what kind of service is that? thats kind of common etiquette when it comes to working in any retail environment. Apparently they judge me by my appearance, despite if I could or could not afford a product at the store. Nobody ever offered us any help, or asked if we were finding everything okay. In addition to this, almost all the products are at a filth, no kind of cleanliness of products whatsoever, I went to go open the lids of the milk gel blushes and literally almost every single one was missing the inside of the product besides one, but yet it was all messed up, and my thing is if you are so busy pretending to be dusting wouldnt you think youd have time to replenish the samples to at least make the store look coherent and clean for entering customers. Even ag that they were making their self look busy dusting so they wouldnt have to help us. I guess I will just take my business to ulta.

  I came to this location looking for a new foundation. Jacob assisted me in finding just that perfect coverage to suit me needs. He was so helpful and friendly! Jacob made my visit into sheer joy. He was patient in listening to my needs and offered his best opinion all the while asking about what I was looking for in a foundation. His demeanor was calm and yet jovial and made me feel right at home. I was so glad I had him assisting me with my purchase today. I look forward to my next visit solely because of his knowledge, patience and eagerness to assist. Great staff member for this Sephora location. Thank you Jacob for such a warm experience. It was such a pleasure!

  I went to this Sephora even though I live near the 1960 one because online, this was the only store to have an eyeshadow palette I wanted. I’m so glad I came here, because Lena helped me so much! She found the palette I was looking for even though it was not on the shelf, but even more important than that, she took the time and effort to help me find a good foundation match for my wedding and provide me with samples so I could make an informed decision. She was so amazing and encouraging when I told her I was doing my own wedding makeup. If you need any help, go to her! ❤️❤️

  Lena is amazing! She helped me find the absolute perfect foundation and concealer for my skin needs. So grateful for the time she spent with me and the perfect products recommended.

  Update- came in as another last resort solution and was so surprised at my experience! Something told me to try it out again- Huntington and Lena are the gems this place needs and don’t deserve! Huntington was so kind and helpful, truly giving me another perspective on this location. Exhausted with these stores and the people that work in them with their lack of customer service! Every time I come in this location no one speaks or asks if you need anything they either just don’t have enough people or they walk around texting on their phones. Seems like most just show up for a check these days. These non-free standing locations (inside of other stores) have got to do better with product- they either don’t have or always are out and blame it on the different shipments since they’re not free-standing. I don’t know what the agreement is but if you’re calling yourself the same store then be the same store with the same brands.
