  Worst experience ever. I’ve tried calling this place for a week only to be immediately hung up on after the first ring. I’ve left voicemails that get no answer and when I finally showed up in person they made it seem like it was a burden to show me their birthday gifts? Why are they even open

  I usually love Sephora, but this location clearly missed the memo on customer service. The skinny older guy with the long hair seemed way too invested in making sure I didn’t use the light-up mirrors for a quick touch up something I’ve done at other Sephoras with zero issue. It would’ve taken me two minutes, but apparently he had time to micromanage. Not sure what his deal was, but it definitely gave “power trip.” I’ll take my business to a store that actually acts like they want customers around.

  The associates swarm you. Within a minute, I was asked 4 times did I need help. Every corner I turned, someone asked if I need help. I don’t know if that’s a method to deter shoplifting, but it made me not want to look around anymore. I grabbed what I came for and stood in the long line to wait. I don’t even have social anxiety but that was overwhelming and irritating. A balance needs to be found. I felt the associates became mosquitos. A quick “do you need help, no, well my name is so and so if you need any help,” and let customers peruse around.

  I had a makeup appointment with Miracles at 10:00am, I was really nervous about not liking it or just not having a good experience in general, but I am so glad that was not the case. She was on time, she explained what each product was and their uses, most importantly she left me feeling beautiful. I recommend her for getting your makeup done. There was another makeup artist across from us that had a client at the same time as me and that client was also left feeling beautiful, I did not get that makeup artist's name unfortunately but overall, I do just recommend getting your makeup done here. Thank you Miracles.

  I had a great experience! I was welcomed at the door and asked what I needed help with. William helped me out in my concerns, and was really great to talk to. I honestly was nervous going to the store with all its options but the guys helped me and were the best! I’m happy with what I bought!
