  1: customer service is terrible. 2: They are selling used makeup. Bought a liquid blush and when I got home the product was completely empty and clearly used once the packaging was opened. Truly disgusting and will not be return to this location for a couple reasons.

  I went into that store on 26 of December with my niece she needed to buy some cosmetics when we open the door the door swing very hard on my arm. The salesperson at the doors saw what happened and they were refusing to call the manager to do an incident report. But I insist the manager to come out from the back she took my name my phone number. And I told her that I was going to take a video of the incident inside the store and she refused to allow me to take a video. So I told her that I was going to call corporate office and let him know. I was told by another sales person that works at a different store at a different city that you are allowed to take videos in the store. Very disappointed with the manager. Warning everybody that walks in into that store the right side of the door needs to be fixed the arm that holds the door to close is not working properly. Be aware the way you walk in!!!

  I came in Sephora I was purchasing a few items I asked a lady if I can get a sample of a foundation before I purchase it since I get acne and she basically told me no to try it out there at the store if I like it I can purchase it….

  This location is just awful. The registers are never open so you have to find a random employee in the fragrance section to check out. Employees act like you’re bothering them if you have any questions. Just save yourself and go to any other location in Houston.

  The best experience always! My favorite store has to be in the Heights, right next door to Target where you may get you a chai latte from Starbucks. And head on to the best customer service store I’ve been to. To be fair is the only one. I am 40yrs old and didn’t know anything about skin care, once at Sephora. I got great tips, products that helped me. Not to mention the eyebrow as well as the make up glam,when I am going on a special event. They’re all great but my makeup artist just knows meto well. Great place. Thank you Jasmine
