  This store location is terrible. I placed an online order for pick up and for some odd reason there like our system has to process it first why couldn’t you just give me the product when I just purchased it that doesn’t make any sense,. The employees don’t even be having a clue on what are beauty products. I literally avoid this Sephora store it happens to be one that is close to my house and open today. I typically go to another Sephora location that has better customer service.

  The sales associates at this location are always so nice and helpful. I’ve been in several times and I’m always greeted and helped right away. Saturday, we went in for my teen daughter’s bday freebie and she was treated with the utmost respect even though we were not making a purchase.

  1: customer service is terrible. 2: They are selling used makeup. Bought a liquid blush and when I got home the product was completely empty and clearly used once the packaging was opened. Truly disgusting and will not be return to this location for a couple reasons.
