  I had such a great experience with Antz at Sephora. After a recent bad experience at another location, Antz was incredibly helpful, patient, and had the bubbliest, most welcoming personality. They took the time to properly shade match me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. It completely turned my experience around. Antz is truly a gem and made my visit so enjoyable. Definitely going to be my go-to!

  Hello I want to get this young lady name correct, I believe it was Amber ! She helped me one day not too long ago while I was on my lunch break. She was SO INVITING that I literally am sitting here weeks ago forgetting that I didn’t leave her a marvelous review. She assisted me with my perfect match! (Which was fenty #31) and helped me get my Gucci perfume - so if It’s not the right name maybe she will remeber our interaction! Anyways I felt very helped and like she was a family member! She truly has something special And I hope you guys do something nice for her ! She was very knowledgeable about products and suggested so many great things when it came to makeup and skincare. She represents the Sephora brand well and gave the upmost customer service! That’s hard to come by now a days let me tell you. Everyone’s so stuck up with a “you owe me” mentality and it’s great to see there’s still honest people out there who love their position and love helping others! Good luck and keep it up girl !

  Amber is amazing! She helped me with my DoorDash order and is so sweet. She made my experience much better and deserves recognition. Any time I do shop and go orders at Sephora, nobody ever acknowledges and helps me (that’s for several locations, this was my first time at this one). Thank you Amber!

  Everyone is extremely friendly. Never fails. I swore off going to Sephora here in Houston after consistent, unpleasant experiences at another Sephora nearby. Little did I know this Sephora was also around when I had to pick up a few things for a last minute trip that led me to this location. Every time I come, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need anything. As silly as it sounds, that is all I need especially when I need recommendations. I had gotten used to chasing Sephora rep agents down and felt like I am some sort of nuisance. They're really great here.
