  If you want the stereotypical rude and demeaning experience from the employees just because you aren’t wearing a full face of makeup, this is the perfect location for you.

  I had an amazing time at this store on Saturday. After an eyebrow threading appointment elsewhere that left me a little traumatized, I dashed to Sephora the following day in need of help. I'm a makeup novice and am just figuring things out, and I had no idea how to do eyebrows (I wanted to fill in bare spots, make them look more even, etc). I ended up doing a makeup session with Janie, who, in addition to recommending a brow pen that's been absolutely perfect and teaching me everything i needed to know, was exceedingly patient with me while I worked through my eyebrow trauma. She showed me how to achieve the natural look I was going for and I left feeling so much better. I was honestly shocked at how dreadful my eyebrows could make me feel, and the very kind people at this store were exactly what I needed when I was down in the dumps.
