On my most recent visit, a sales associate paced nearby on her phone while watching me as I browsed. It made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. I live nearby but won’t be returning—I’ll shop at the Galleria location or online instead.

- EREmilia Rogers5 days ago1.0Visiting this store- I walked front to back with no greeting or acknowledgement from the FIVE associates placed across the store ( two huddled at a make-up island, one at the fragrance wall, one in skincare and another trying on makeup near the register). I stood at the register and watched another associate test product on her won face for minutes before I interrupting her to asking if she could call someone to the register. I'm disappointed and will make every effort to never shop this location again.
