The employees make really ugly faces at the customers. I don't understand how they have such rude employees, and even managers.

She was young and fun and felt like I had a little influencer showing me her favorite products and lip combos around the store, I spent like $200 extra because of her and have no regrets. Thanks girl!
- JJJSep 17, 20255.0I cannot put into words how unbelievably kind and helpful Stephanie at store 404 was. She was beyond knowledgeable, I suspect she is either getting her estheticians license, or she should be. She knew all about every product and she was able to tailor everything to my specific needs. I have a serious eczema problem and she was able to solve it in a few minutes where as licensed professionals haven't been able to solve it in years. This woman is a diamond and deserves to be manager or higher. This kind of customer service is unheard of. She treated me like I was a human and that is so rare these days. Stephanie deserve every ounce of praise! She is a genius and is amazing at her job. What is more important, is that she is human in a world that isn't.
