We asked her for help she laughed and said [I have to order something online in the back, your going to have to wait..] after 15 mins, When we asked her why inventory shows 23 items in stock but none were available to purchase in store. She laughed at us and said we were wrong… she checked and said oh you’re right, That must be an inventory count mistake. She kept laughing. Very rude behavior.

Every time that I come in besides being constantly asked, do I need help with anything once it’s time for me to check out and I decline putting my phone number in for rewards the exemplary customer service that you once experienced coming into the store is no more. When I actually decline, putting my phone number in the cashier, doesn’t even tell me what the total of my purchases they then slide the shopping back to me like I’m some type of animal and they hardly even say anything else after that no have a good day or anything just because I refuse to put the phone number in. I know the phone number reward system looks good for them as employees but me as a customer if I refuse to make an account or use my phone number that is my prerogative. I’m not coming in here stealing I’m not coming in here asking for a discount. I’m spending my money and choose not to use the phone number, but I should still be treated with respect and I am not. This is absolutely unacceptable and despicable.

The lady took my name and agreed to hold it for me. After coming back, none of the other employees found my bag that was supposed to be on hold?? I was told to go grab my items again and couldn’t find the shade I needed. Once I asked for help I was told there’s nothing they can do. Giving me excuses on how they can’t be “put on hold” while searching thru other people’s hold bags?? This was completely unacceptable that they really lied to my face. Extremely unprofessional and won’t be coming back to this location.
