She asked a few follow up questions to narrow down my search and walked me to a few brands to test product. I was happy to be acknowledged front to back in the store as I explored products and when i was ready to check out Kendal used her mobile devise and made me a sample of some hair product I wasn't ready to purchase.

Jeff stepped in, helped me find an alternative, and even ended up doing my face and eye makeup. He made the whole experience so much fun — I’ll never forget it. I’ll be coming back just for Jeff. He clearly loves what he does, and I would recommend him to anyone.

However, as soon as we came in, I was browsing and Felicia and Nikki greeted me and they were so welcoming that I ended up purchasing a few Tom Ford perfumes for my clients. The sale would not have been possible if both of them did not approach me so welcoming. We need individuals like them in every retail store so that the customers like myself get the best experience possible. I just felt like a VIP because of them I will definitely be sending more of my customers and my friends to shop at this location at all times and ask for Nikki who is the Tom Ford rep here!!!
