  I bought some products from Sephora at Kohl’s. Today, I went to exchange a few items, and I was also planning to purchase some other products. However, they told me they couldn’t process the exchange because the items were purchased at a different location. They said it was a different Sephora, which I don’t really understand. I thought this store would be better than the other one, but they don’t seem to handle returns or exchanges the same way. In the end, they basically just let me leave without helping, and I didn’t end up buying the products I wanted. I really didn’t like the way we were treated.

  Soraya was my sales girl today she went out of her way to help me and hunted down the goodies so I could redeem my beauty insider points. She was initially on the floor helping me find all of the perfumes and lotions and makeup I purchased today. When I went to check out I was pleasantly surprised to see her working the register too. It was then when I saw her tag said she was in training. There were some rude people in line huffing and puffing that only one register was open and she kept a good attitude and smile. I just want to say great job Soraya keep doing your best. Sephora is blessed to have you on their team. It will get easier don’t get discouraged by the rude people.

  Lucy, the assistant manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. She was patient with us, provided personalized recommendations, and was so friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back and seeking her advice!

  In these times of online shopping people choose to come into store for either help deciding on a product that they were interested in or to get something faster. Andrea of this location was least interested in helping us and had an attitude the whole time! Such a thing has never happened at Nordstrom so that’s where I’ll take my business since the people there at the beauty counters ACTUALLY care about customer satisfaction through good service! The worst thing being during checkout we were asked who had helped us and not if we were even helped at all in the first place which is the right question!

  This review is for the sales associate that helped me; what a patient angel. Thank you, Linda, for sticking with me, giving honest feedback, and steering me away from unneeded products. She took over for another sales associate, Sariyah, who was equally as attentive (not sure if I am spelling this correctly). I definitely came in with a list of products that I learned about via YouTube and was welcomed to try each of the products and then given suggestions that may match better or work better. We tried several colors and lines to find the best foundation match, finishing powder, blush, etc. I haven't always loved my interactions with SA's at Sephora/Ulta but this time, it was out of the park with these two ladies.
