Long lines. One cashier. The attitude of the cashier today was highly unprofessional. Margo was sooo rude I had to turn around and look at her name tag. I am not sure how Sephora allows for this person to represent their brand. Sephora really needs to go over some training with her. I for sure will never shop there again.

Wow, I go to different Sephora stores around the cypress/ Tomball, Woodlands area with my wife twice a month. This store in the Town and Country are is just bad. Terrible employee working there I come in and sit down on a black high top chair that aren’t being used and wait patently for my wife to finish her shopping. The manager at this store is just a terrible person “she” miss gendered me! Called me a Sir! And telling a can’t sit there! I felt terrible and demoralized,. She nvr apologized, just looked at me, says “really” laughed and walked off. This store needs to hire more community friendly people. U felt do bad about this incident

I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WITHOUT A WORD The staff and management don't have a clue about customer service. I was in a suit for court. [to address comments about how one is dressed.] It appears that the staff treat you like cattle regardless of how you appear. The clientele allow themselves to be treated like cattle. The company markets themselves as a high-end store, and the mall as well, yet they don't provide high-end service and parking. No valet parking, and insufficient signage expressing that there was such or how to locate the attendant. One must veritably sit in park until someone else leaves or circle the block like a beast chasing a carrot , breathing carbon monoxide. If the idea is to get shoppers to walk and carry heavy shopping bags for a workout, 1st, it's by a Freeway and congested, so every bit of oxygen for metabolized fat is going to be canceled by carbon monoxide from car fumes, which binds to your hemoglobin at nearly 200 times the rate of oxygen. 2nd any new muscle tissue that develops will require blood flow and new veins and capillaries require oxygen to develop and nourish that new muscle tissue. Walking only serves to deliver more CO to the brain, fat cells and organs. So, not a smart idea to walk around in that chemistry. It will make you have a big headache and be too tired for anything when you get home. They chose to place their store in this mall. I recommend a different location. The parking situation at this location has become a decisive deterrent to doing business there. On my most recent visit, even the meter attendant needed to assist me and watch my car while I ran in to get a gift card as a request for a colleague. Upon entering, I was TOLD to get in line as I approached the counter for clarification on whether they might open other registers. It appeared that customers are effectively required to adjust to these ongoing issues rather than being accommodated and there is consistently a long line at checkout, despite multiple registers remaining unused. Unlike others who allow themselves to be handled like their time, fuel and business with them didn't matter, I chose to leave and spend my money elsewhere.

Cashier named Nickie needs to acknowledge and say hello to everyone. Very rude of her to not say hello to me but very loudly say hello to the next customer as I was walking away. 😡😡😡

One of the highlights of my birthday was the beautiful gift I received from Sephora at City Centre — truly thoughtful and perfect.
