When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, the manager, and the laser specialist. I had never had laser hair removal done before, and I was a little nervous, but it was so easy and pain free. The lady that did my laser hair removal (I forgot her name) did a great job of talking me through the procedure as well as the aftercare. It was so quick and easy. I love that Sarah the manager didn't try to upsell or force me into a commitment (though I did end up buying a package). I never felt pressured to buy more. This place is wonderful, and I can't wait to be hair free before my wedding!
