Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

- EOElizabeth Okoro3 days ago2.0Disappointed 😞 the nurse and staff were great, friendly, and explained everything. Unfortunately my daughter's piercing is uneven. The mark was made where both the nurse and I were happy but execution of hitting that mark was not complete. We even pierced my daughter twice since the first placement was higher than the other. Once the earring was removed we could see how the mark was missed. I understand piercings are sisters not twins, but I am unhappy with the result. I think it would be helpful if staff used a bright light (ring or something bright) to help them view their actual mark. I plan to remove my daughter's earring and have her repierced elsewhere.

- LNLynn Jon NgoDec 31, 20255.0Chandra was the nurse who pierced Zoe’s ears today, and she was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Zoe had her ears pierced a few years ago by Rowan, but unfortunately developed an infection a few months later, so we removed the earrings to allow her lobes to heal properly. Chandra was very kind and took the time to explain why the needle method is safer than a piercing device. She was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed infection risks, proper aftercare, and the importance of leaving the earrings in for a full year to ensure proper healing. She also explained that we will return in a month to switch to a shorter post. Thank you, Chandra, for your excellent care and service. Zoe had a great experience at the Highlands location!

I noticed every time she allowed either Carson or I to touch anything she sanitized again. Lauren and the entire staff were all so kind in explaining repeating if necessary all with smiles. She explained the entire process thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Even though I was a walk-in, she welcomed me as if I had a scheduled appointment, which immediately set the tone. The piercing itself was incredibly smooth and comfortable, and it was clear right away that Yonie is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her craft. She gave off true expert vibes confident, precise, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Customer service like this is rare. Yonie deserves a promotion, hands down. I’m beyond grateful for the experience and would recommend this shop and especially Yonie to anyone looking for top-tier service and professionalism.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
