I got a wonky looking piercing at another Rowan location, which was frustrating, so I came to City Centre for a second opinion. She immediately assessed the situation while also following best practices for piercing protocol ahead of a repierce. Having a nurse pierce means very little if they don't have an aesthetic eye, and Mayra has both skill and talent for proper placement. I even left with a cute piercing that I never would've considered without her in addition to having the other one redone beautifully. She is also patient, explains each step of the way, and provides comprehensive aftercare education. Thanks to the whole Rowan CC team!
