She was patient, gentle, and very thorough in explaining the entire process. Her calming approach made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The piercing was quick, precise, and much less painful than I expected. I also appreciated how carefully she walked me through aftercare and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Nurse Mayra for anyone considering a helix piercing. She made the whole experience smooth, safe, and stress-free!

Came in, checked in swiftly, and were helped to figure out what type of piercing we would like and if it would work well with our ear shape. In our case, Cynthia attended us through the whole process, and we couldn't be more satisfied with her help throughout it all. This was my 2nd time getting an additional piercing and my sister's first. She liked how clean and thorough they were as well. In my experience, we had no issues and a good time overall. Recommend :) Posted pictures of our piercings. First 2 are an upper helix and upper lobe. Third is the butterfly on the flat section for reference.

She is so kind and gentle and will talk your child through the entire process. Mayra is a mother herself and a nurse with a steady hand and an eye for exactly where to place the earrings. My daughter’s piercings have fully healed now with no complications. She can wear any metal now without sensitivity. I would recommend her to anyone i know.

This was honestly the least painful piercing experience I’ve ever had and Maddi took her time to make sure that I was happy with my placement. At the end of our appointment, she talked me through aftercare and answered all of my questions. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Luckily they had one last appt! They were so nice and took the time they (and I) needed, but it was also fast and efficient. I was a little nervous, but I did the needle and I only felt a small pinch. Heidy was my nurse and she did a great job! She took the time to make sure the placement was perfect and it looks great. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working with her was also lovely and very helpful in picking out the perfect earring for me. Very positive experience overall!
