Since I wanted to go lighter, she said there wasn’t enough time to bleach it. That was disappointing, but I decided to move forward with the root touch-up anyway. While I was waiting for the color to process, she let me know she had a family emergency and wouldn’t be able to style my hair afterward. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and family always comes first. However, I was surprised that she didn’t excuse herself immediately if it was urgent. Instead, she finished washing my hair and then went up front to check me out. There were other stylists in the salon at the time and it wasn’t busy, so I felt someone could have stepped in to at least finish the service. Unfortunately, the experience ended on an even more disappointing note when I got home and still found greys that hadn’t been covered. Given the overall experience and results, I chose not to tip. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.
