  Dj the makeup artist is rude and should be reprimanded, he was giving a mean girl stare look. You need to retrain some of these workers. He didn’t do my makeup right, more like a teenager did it. He is not in high school anymore. Do better… the lady manager didn’t do anything, they must be friends….

  Shania and DJ at MAC were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Shania took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave helpful, personalized recommendations, while DJ amazed me with his ability to look at someone and instantly know exactly what powder or foundation would be perfect — he did this for my mom, and it was spot-on! They both went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and happy with our choices. Exceptional service and a great team — I’ll definitely be coming back to see them! 🌟

  I am unsatisfied with a recent postmates delivery to my house. I ordered liquid foundation, but got powder instead?? Y’all need to verify delivery orders before sending them out. I ran out of foundation and needed it for an event, so I just kept it. However, I am highly disappointed. Also, I had placed a pick-up order the day prior, but didn’t want to deal with the Black Friday crowds. The following day I placed the delivery order and it looks like I’ve been charged for BOTH the pick-up and the delivery order. Yeah, I’m going to need one of those orders refunded and voided. MAC double-charged me AND gave me the wrong product.
