    Ah, Lush! The lovely smell lures you in and the awesome service keeps you coming back. I know it’s easier to buy online and have it shipped to your home but it’s definitely worth coming to the store to experience the products first hand. Shout out to Valerie and Samantha for helping with the choices.

    I went in this evening and, as always at LUSH, was greeted warmly. That being said, today was exceptional from the two lovely women working in the store. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and overall just fantastic. I think it’s important to say customer service hasn’t been the same since covid, but these two employees restored my faith. I don’t even live in the area, but I will gladly drive over an hour from home just to get this level of customer care again. 10/10
