I was looking at hair shampoo and conditioner bars, and she took the time to explain how they work and guided me to the perfect options for my hair type. Her recommendations were spot on, and her warm energy made the whole shopping trip enjoyable.

Jesse is so full of life, so kind, so helpful, and truly brings such a beautiful energy into the store. He constantly had a smile on his face and made the entire experience feel so welcoming and personal. Honestly, he adds so much value to this location. I came in a week ago and came right back again because of the experience he gave me while helping me shop for gifts. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it deserves to be recognized. This last visit, Christina was there as well, and she was just as sweet, helpful, and professional. You can truly tell when a business has great employees, and as a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find genuinely good people. You guys have some really special employees here. Please keep them around and do something nice for them because they absolutely deserve it! Love coco
