- FHFrances Hill3 days ago1.0I bought 2 gift boxes online to be shipped to my home and then I needed to exchange them in-person due to a personal mistake. I did not touch them after looking at the tags when they arrived and realizing I ordered the wrong boxes. I brought them to the store to exchange them and I believe it was the manager who was doing the exchange. They looked at one of the presents and went “you opened this we can’t return it”. I told them I didn’t and they showed me the sides were taped and said that’s not how they make the presents. I didn’t even realize the sides were taped until this interaction. They wouldn’t exchange that gift. I have never left a negative review and the other employees were so nice and helpful but I am incredibly offended that the manager immediately believed I was lying and was trying to exchange an opened gift when it was literally sent to me like that.

I am a 75-year-old woman who is a retired business owner and I don’t believe I ever had an employee that’s as good as these two are! I can’t say enough good things about your products but most especially about the customer service I received today. Thank you so much for hiring people that actually care about their customers. I came in for one product and I’m leaving the store with about $200 worth of product.
