Her behavior was absolutely ridiculous—she did not acknowledge us or offer any assistance, and when we asked about sampling a product, she dismissively said it was “not for test” and refused to offer the product wanted to buy. This was extremely unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome. Having shopped frequently at your London location, we expected the same level of courtesy and service, but the contrast was stark and disappointing. We had planned to shop more in-store, but this experience has completely changed our minds, and we will continue making our purchases online where the service is far more consistent and reliable.
