The store was beautifully organized, and the products speak for themselves, but what truly made the visit special was the store manager, Yas. Yas was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure I found exactly what I needed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve only used the hand cream from L’Occitane but I’ve always been curious about the other products. A really sweet girl named Rita said hi to us. She was super warm and inviting and didn’t make us feel bad about just browsing. She encouraged us to try the different creams and in the end she even offered us all free mini-facials! Since we had the time we did it! She talked us through the whole process and I learned a lot about what this brand offers and even got some valuable information about my own skin! By the time she finished on all three of us we had to run to our gate, we didn’t even get to buy anything. She gave us all samples and was so understanding when we had to run. We got her information and will be ordering from her over the phone because she really went above and beyond for us! If you are ever at this location, make sure and ask for Rita! She’s amazing!
