  This was hands-down one of the best shopping experiences my mom has ever had, and she asked me to share this on her behalf. The staff at this Terminal E location are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She received excellent insights about the products from Tandra, and was genuinely impressed by how welcoming and professional she was. After a small mishap with her purchase, the store manager, Yas, went above and beyond to make things right in a way that was both unexpected and deeply appreciated. It's rare to find service this genuine. She now insists on always stopping by this store whenever she's traveling through! Huge thanks to the team, you made her day in more ways than one.

  I don’t remember his name but the beautiful black haired soul that helped me yesterday.. radiated so much love, he made my day. I can’t stop thinking about Loccitane 💗💗💗 my purchases are always perfect.

  Clerk needs to be replaced. I was buying an item for a gift and asked if she could get a new hand cream tube out of the back as the one available in the store had been squeezed. She argued with me twice that it was new. That was not the issue. If you want sales NEVER argue with a paying customer!

  I had a really long lay over in Houston on my way home from LA and my band mates and I were killing time, walking around. I’ve only used the hand cream from L’Occitane but I’ve always been curious about the other products. A really sweet girl named Rita said hi to us. She was super warm and inviting and didn’t make us feel bad about just browsing. She encouraged us to try the different creams and in the end she even offered us all free mini-facials! Since we had the time we did it! She talked us through the whole process and I learned a lot about what this brand offers and even got some valuable information about my own skin! By the time she finished on all three of us we had to run to our gate, we didn’t even get to buy anything. She gave us all samples and was so understanding when we had to run. We got her information and will be ordering from her over the phone because she really went above and beyond for us! If you are ever at this location, make sure and ask for Rita! She’s amazing!
