Today I went hopeful I would have a good experience like at Ulta or Sephora. NOPE. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I was ignored by staff. Won’t be coming back.

Not true I haven’t even colored my hair. I got home and my hair started falling out and breaking. It’s so chemically damaged I couldn’t pick it! I had to cut all my hair today!! Do not let her perm your hair!!
