  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I booked a sew-in with takedown and shampoo with Kim, and from the start, the service lacked professionalism. She arrived late and made me feel as though she was doing me a favor rather than providing a paid service. The appointment went so poorly that I had to return the next day just to have my hair curled. While I was there, the store manager came in and told her she needed to hurry up so they could close and go home. I was even asked to drive to Kim’s north side location to complete the service, which I declined. Although I was refunded 50% of the service, that does not come close to covering the inconvenience or the damage done. When I later visited my regular stylist, she was shocked to see that there were no proper anchor braids and that the foundation for the sew-in was poorly done. On top of that, my extensions were not properly washed before installation, which forced me to purchase new bundles. The hair being installed was $700, so this was not a minor issue. Overall, this experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. Clients paying premium prices deserve quality service, proper technique, and respect for their time.   Ladies stay away from this jcp location. I wouldn't recommend if you have thick 4c hair and actually want to keep it. Abbey is the worst stylist. I have two small bald spots from her yanking and combing my hair out while washing my hair. I even told her she was rough but it didn't help much. She claimed she was highly experienced with natural hair but didn't know how to properly blow dry my hair. She asked me to how I usually do my hair and I had to tell her I part my hair into 6 to 7 pieces and blowdry from the ends to the roots to keep the hair from breaking. I didn't even allow her to finish cause she was so rough and my hair kept popping when she was combing my hair. I ended up having to speaking with management about it. That didn't do much. Needless to say, i wont be returning. I'll post pics of how she left me looking on the way out.

  Today I received services by Aubrey. The customer service was AMAZING!!!!! I received highlights and a silk press. I LOVE the end results!!!! I WILL be returning.

  My visit at the salon Was the very wonderful experience the operators were friendly The salon Was clean and neat, And the service I received was excellent
