My last experience and my reasoning for not returning is similar to all the reviews that were negative l just read today 07/26/25. My last experience had the rudeness salon manager Cindy after my simple service of highlight l asked for golden blond turned out a grossly grey color of a mess. If you are supposed to be a licensed color expert but can't mix or time color chemicals propeely don't touch our hair. It's extremely costly and damaging to our hair.l feel it should be reported to the better business bural of Texas. Thank you for posting reviews glad it helped me prevent experiencing another salon disaster.l read all newest reviews to find it just got worse. Like 10 years ago I never had experienced such a mess. And JCP salons service was worth it, now not worth a hard penny earned. Don't you care workers to have an income? That we the consumer make happen as paying clients. And you wonder why JCP company is closing and losing money. I will never be back to there salon service.
