  I found it fair or maybe it was my fault too is fair still my regular place is better here on the long run more expensive need to be wealthy to get the maximum benefits she did my eyevmbrows my coworker i don't like great clips nor sports clibs not barbers it was fair to me i guess is not like food town multiple card payments.   I need to give people the facts that I didn't have before going to this shop. Noone speaks English and they're not even willing to use an app to help you understand what they are saying, even when you are. They(my stylist) did not use typical/usual cutting techniques. I've gotten a lot of haircuts and I've never seen anyone doing it like they did to me, which is understandable because it came out looking awful. Also I had to ask the stylist to take off length three separate times, and m?(by the end it was still too long. I asked for a fade. Not one hint of a fade in sight. My lengths are choppy, random, and sporadic. I tried many times throughout the cut to give guidance and suggestions but she would or could not lisen. I suggest you go somewhere else.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED FOR A SIMPLE TRIM A SOME LAYERS AROUND MY FACE I ENDED UP WITH AT LEAST 12 DIFFERENT LAYERS THROUGH OUT AND ONE SIDE SHORTER THAN THE OTHER . MT HAIR LOOKS MORE FRIZED OUT AT THE END THAN IT DID BEFORE I HAD MY SPLIT ENDS TRIMMED. IF YOU ARE A FEMALE WITH LONG HAIR DO JOT GO TO THIS SALON THEY WILL BUCHER YOU!!! ESPECIALLY THE HISPANIC BLONDE SECOND CHAIR ON THE LEFT.......... IM DEVISTATED IVE HAVE NEVER HAD SHORT HAIR IN MY LIFE BUT BECAUSE OF THE BUTCHER JOB DONE HERE I WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER SALON PAY AGAIN AND HOPE THEY DON'T HAVE TO CUT PASTY SHOULDERS.. WOMAN BEWARE!!!!!!!;!

  I enjoy the fact that you can check in online and see your wait time. But this particular location has become disappointing. For one all of the employees are parking in the reserved spots for the customers so the customers are having to park far away and walk up to the store. The lady that cut my hair today didn't even wet my hair she gave me a dry haircut that ended up not even being straight and I had to go back in a second time because she forgot a big portion of the area I shave in the undercut. It's just becoming a bad experience at this location. And to pay $20 to be in a salon approximately 5 minutes and not even get my hair combed or get it wet or get the cut proper it's just not worth it. I probably won't be back.
