  Went to try this place out yesterday as it’s closer than the Great Clips I usually go to. Worst experience ever. I had checked in online roughly 40 mins before I got there for me and a +1. When I got there and went to sign us in, they messed up the +1 and took him off the system then put him in at the bottom of the list which caused me to wait over an hour for him to be seated after my own haircut was done, so no clue as to why they have online check-in if they can’t even follow it properly or know how to use it. Second, the older lady working there has messed up my hair. She has left half of one side completely as is and I could not tell till I had washed out my hair when I got home and styled it to notice and it looks really bad. Then she messed up my change at the end and gave me back extra. You’d wonder why I complain about that part but I don’t want it on my conscience. I would not go here for whoever reads this. Better off going to literally any other Great Clips.

  I wish I could give zero stars! Didn't get her name, but she has blue hair. She doesn't need to be cutting hair. My husband asked for a fade and all she did was burr his whole head! We left no tip and lucky I paid the bill. Will NEVER go to that location again. A day later: I should've read the reviews prior..I mean Omg!

  This is the FOURTH time they’ve deleted my review. I was a customer at this store. They have no right to take down honest customer reviews. I also noticed that more of the original one-star honest reviews are gone too. They’ve probably already deleted more of those one-star reviews. No idea how they managed to remove my review. I’ll post it again, just in case more victims come here.because I was one of them! Terrible Service and Skill Even for a newly opened place, the service and skill were unbelievably bad. I booked an appointment online and showed up on time. When the wait time hit zero and I walked in, but I still ended up waiting for a long time. An hour!! I pointed this out to a Latina staff member and a younger girl with blue hair, but they ignored me and just said, “I don’t understand the system.” The older Latina hairdresser with white hair would stop cutting every time she started talking, taking about an hour just for one haircut. She and the others really need to improve their haircutting skills. customers are not there to be their training subjects. Not only was the skill poor, but the staff also had terrible customer service, didn’t understand the booking system, and clearly didn’t know how to use the online app properly. Never coming back and won’t recommend this place.

  If I could give less I would. But sooner or later either the short lady who attended me on October 24th, 2025 will either get fired or karma. For the safety of others sanity especially their children I will describe the lady she was short Hispanic small eyes floral pink shirt. She aggressively grabbed my child shoved lollipops in his mouth made him cry continuously held him in fear for ladies like that I hope you know you have no hope after life. She made fun of my child claiming she knew what he was feeling is just pure ignorance. She claimed continuously she worked with children the way she assaulted my child shows danger to any other child. I hope who ever is in charge can look into this because for the sack of other customers this matter is important.

  Worst experience of my life. I remember when I was a child I threw a tantrum and told my dad I wanted to drive his car. It's one of my earliest memories, I must have been 4 or 5 years old. He sat me in the front seat and said go for it. I started crying again because I knew I was in over my head, staring in horror at all the buttons and knobs, not knowing what I was doing. No shade at the girl with blue hair, but I saw this same train of thought when I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. TBH it's really cruel to make her work there with no experience, and harmful to customers. She spent 2 HOURS cutting my hair, just staring at it like it was a Jackson Pollock, and still messed up the fade. At some point when I noticed it was uneven and poorly blended and I had this feeling I was being pranked, I asked her to stop. I then went to her co-worker, who tried to save everything, but she was very rough and pissed off about fixing her coworker's mess. I went in as a man with shaggy hair, left looking like I'm going to military boot camp. I am 40 years old and have never gotten a hair cut so bad in my life. STAY AWAY. I'm actually pissed looking back because I STILL PAID. If you work from home in a hat, or are a football player who's in a helmet all day, this is the right place for you. If you want to live in society and not be ridiculed, try another place. The second lady who was more experienced, but instead of saving the cut, just buzzed everything off and said my hair won't look good because my hair is thinner than the guy in the photo I showed. She said, "honestly this is a cut you should get at a barber shop." This is the first time anyone anywhere has said this to me, and the real answer is this is a cut you should get anywhere else but this store. If you value your appearance, don't go here because they don't know what they're doing. Do they even have licenses? Looking at all the prior reviews, I am starting to think this store was set up as a prank.
