- ALAmanda LNov 16, 20251.0This was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. I came in with very long hair down to my waist/hips and asked for a simple trim, just an inch or two. The stylist seemed inexperienced from the start and was trying to brush through my hair with a small comb. I mentioned that a comb would not work and that I needed a brush, and even offered to leave if they were not comfortable with long hair. They eventually brought a brush, so I stayed. The stylist began cutting from the back, and it immediately felt too high. When I asked to see it, I realized she had cut nearly 10 inches off. My hair was left uneven, choppy, and nowhere close to what I requested, essentially a short bob I never wanted. Hair trimmings were all over my back, and the entire service felt rushed and unskilled. They did not charge me, but the damage was already done. I left in tears and had to go to a friend afterward just to get the uneven cut fixed. My advice: do not come here. The stylists are inexperienced, and you are better off going anywhere else for a basic trim.
