- M미니MinIDec 26, 20251.0Loan Nguyen gave me the haircut.. she along with the other 2 lady hairstylists there were not willing to cooperate to get the hairstyle I wanted. They just wanted me to leave. The service was absolutely rude and horrible.. When i asked for a hairstyle, they were just mocking me. I felt very insulted. Never go in this branch. All the 3 stylists were free but wanted to get done with the work and asked me to pay first when i wanted to get my hair cut a bit more. Please do not go to this location 👎👎👎👎 I was forced to tip for a hairstyle I did not like.
- AKAJ KOct 17, 20251.0Loan Nguyen provided the service for the haircut and while trimming the area around neck and behind ears after haircut she used the trimmer which was either damaged or having bad blades resulted in scratches, bruises and injuries all over the back of the neck and behind ears. When I complained about the trimmer blade is hurting she said "you are sensitive" and continued. Don't want to post the picture of my neck with all the scratch lines and bruises but this is totally unprofessional. A complete disappointment.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
