  This was my first visit to the store, and my experience was absolutely wonderful thanks to Adriane. She was so patient and welcoming, let me smell so many different fragrances, and never once made me feel rushed. Her suggestions and feedback were thoughtful and genuine, which made the whole experience feel personal and fun. I ended up purchasing my favorite Eau Duelle bottle, and I’m already planning to go back next weekend to pick up my second one. I’m so excited to keep shopping here and continue building my collection. Thank you, Adriane, for making me feel so welcomed and for creating such a great first experience! Follow up review since my second visit! It was an absolute delight visiting Jasmine at the Diptyque this weekend! I had so much fun coming back to sample a few additional fragrances for my wish list, and the experience was even better than I remembered. Jasmine took the time to walk me through several scents, explain the notes, and help me narrow down what I loved most. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole visit feel personal rather than rushed. I left excited about my future purchases and already looking forward to my next trip back. Highly recommend stopping in if you enjoy discovering beautiful fragrances and exceptional customer service!

  Love the store and will forever shop here but don’t like how I just drove an hour and arrived at 10:05a when the store opens at 10a and they unlocked the door and said “sorry we haven’t finished inventory and need another 30 minutes.” Now I’m sitting around trying to find time to kill while they finish inventory which should’ve been done before operating hours. Now I’m no Karen but this is very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve worked in sales for many years and they could’ve at least allowed me to browse and shop and noted what I purchased and taken it from inventory that way. Anyways, it’s now 10:30a and I’m walking back over there, hopefully they’re finished with inventory. Update: walked back over at 10:35a and they still had the doors locked and said they wouldn’t finish until 11:00a. I give up. I love driving an hour for a store to not be prepared for business! I’ll take my $2000 order and shop online. Absolutely ridiculous. I even asked if they can deduct what I’m buying from their inventory and said said no LOL. Lovely way to start my week

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Danny! He was sweet, bubbly, and so patient with me and my family. He took his time walking us through each scent and he was so knowledgeable. He really helped us understand what we liked. He didn’t rush us at all and genuinely helped us at all and genuinely helped us. Truly outstanding service. Thank you, Danny!

  There was a mishap at the store as I was shopping. I had a chance to speak to customer service and send an email to Nicole. Vichy graciously called me and spoke to me regarding this incident. I really appreciate her call and rectifying the situation. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Diptyque
