- WNWalter NesbittJan 16, 20265.0I've been tattood 3 times at Altar. Once by Angel, once by Anna, and once by Ilona. Every time I have went I've had a wonderful and welcoming experience. Good music, good people, snacks and drinks, and great tattoo work. Angel did the "Be known" tattoo, he was very gentle and good with lines and little details. Anna did my red fish and made it look as though it was originally apart of the bigger red tattoo. Ilona did my chest/stomach piece and it was a great time talking with her and her artists while I sat there in pain. She payed great attention to detail, and I gave her creative freedom to help create this piece- we started with one idea and went in an entirely different direction, a direction I am pleased with. Everyone in this shop is so lovely and does great work, and I'm excited to get more tattoos from here over the years!

Between the monthly flashes, positive atmosphere, reasonable pricing, and clean practices. There’s really nothing stopping you from hitting up the Altar family for your next beautiful permanent piece.
