Uneven fades, asymmetrical sides and his bangs (his hair lays forward) are jagged and uneven. Oh and they couldn't take the coupon, which is the only reason I chanced it again.

Finally went to an actual professional and had to lose an additional 4 inches to get rid of the awful layers, the gaps, holes and unevenness of my haircut. Save yourself the time, the money, the tears, and the months of growth needed after going here. From long, beautiful hair to extremely short neck length hair. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went in for a trim and unfortunately got stuck with Holland. She said “what are we doing today” and I said “just a trim with a few light layers” as I was pulling out my phone to show her photos. She said “NO, what are we doing TODAY?!” At that point I should have got up and asked for someone else, or simply walked out. She is very rude, and disrespectful. I came in with long hair, needing a trim and instead I left looking like I have a mullet. My hair looks exactly like hers. As a former stylist myself I know hair education, and she layers BELOW the occipital bone. This is turn creates a “shelf” in the back of the head. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM HOLLAND. Owner- Please contact me to tell me who can fix this mess.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
