Upon trying the tester it shot in my eye and ruined my makeup. I asked the associate there if they had another tester available or if they could replace it. The associate explained to me that they knew it was broken but was waiting for that tester to finish. It didn’t make sense as to why they would keep a tester that doesn’t allow customers to test the product properly. Sephora employees comp makeup products for customer returns all that time. I was disappointed by the customer service at this location and lack of common sense. I took it upon myself to purchase the product anyways and try it at home, at-least they’ll give me a refund if it doesn’t work for me (where they ultimately need to throw out the item and comp it.)
