I told her I was letting it grow and just wanted the ends trimmed. I showed her where I wanted the back of my hair length and that I specifically wanted the side to grow to my chin. I said cut it exactly like it is currently cut. When she fininshed I had layers through out the sides of my hair. She knew I was very disappointed. I asked her why she cut layers and she said she thought they would look good. AMERICA do what the customer ask you to do, not what you want to do! I am still steaming over this and it was a week ago! So disappointed in these so called professionals!
