I’ve consistently paid $18 for this, and the service has always been straightforward and courteous. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience. The stylist who attended me was unfriendly from the start. She shampooed my hair, trimmed the ends in under two minutes, and then told me I was done—sending me out with soaking wet hair. I had to insist that she at least remove the excess moisture with the blow dryer. Only then did she mention she had an injured elbow and couldn’t dry my hair properly. After my insistence, she did dry it slightly, just enough to reduce the dripping. To make matters worse, she charged me $28 (with a military discount), claiming it was a full haircut. I explained that I’ve never been charged that amount for a trim, and that no one has ever called this service a haircut. The treatment was poor, the service subpar, and I felt misled and overcharged. I’m sharing this not to insult anyone, but to encourage the business to ensure consistency in pricing and respectful communication. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment.
