Clipping off split ends doesn't mean to give someone bangs and ruin their self esteem. You don't get to make everyone else look like you just because you want to. My wife is going through a very tough time right now (medically), went to get a haircut to make herself feel better and now feels ugly and ten times worse.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
