  When I call them, they till me “can you hold one moment please” then they keep me on hold for soooo long, at the end when they return back to the call before they complete a sentence, they just turn the call off! So bad customer service!

  I went to Sephora at Grapevine Mills today. Saw this shimmer product and asked a worker about it. I asked if this for the face or eyes. She responded "Sure". Then she walked away. She was aloof and didn't want to be bothered. On my way out I asked her why she didn't provide any info on the product and she said that's my personality. What!! Who says that! She stood in the door way chatting with another worker. I asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager. Her name is LaLa and she provided horrible customer service. Wow from reading the other reviews lots of ppl comment on the lack of customer service!!

  This location by far is the worst in customer service. Not one single associate acknowledged me or the other patrons that walked in. I locked eyes with atleast three associates and not one of them asked if I needed help or approached me. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location. I can only hope in the future the management and training improves in order to offer excellent service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Not one associate had a pleasant attitude or even tried to help any of the customers in the store. Such a shame.
