I will continue to go back but it’s not right to have someone treat you like you’re an inconvenience when their job is to help you. I just needed a little retail therapy…. :(

I’m Asian and she repeatedly made unpleasant facial expressions and subtle gestures like I was unwelcome. It wasn’t subtle — it was obvious and deliberate. Her behavior is unacceptable and disgusting. No one should be treated this way. I hope the store takes action, but I won’t be coming back.

- BTBani TJun 27, 20231.0The store hours doesn’t match with the hours stated in google maps!!! Be aware of that.. I reached there around 6:55 they let me in but told me i had 5 mins to pick stuffs and they closed the lights even though I was looking.. They close store early at 7:00 PM. If they close early you guys should update time in google maps it’s very inconvenient for customers who drive and has to go back because of that.The staffs are really rude and dis helpful except one lady who is chubby and is mexican. I bought products worth $300 but didn’t even give me any samples or gifts with purchase really disappointed.. normally the location in Allen always give gifts with purchase and is really sweet and helpful.. even if i need to drive 40mins will be going to other location and will not be back here!!
