This location by far is the worst in customer service. Not one single associate acknowledged me or the other patrons that walked in. I locked eyes with atleast three associates and not one of them asked if I needed help or approached me. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue at this location. I can only hope in the future the management and training improves in order to offer excellent service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Not one associate had a pleasant attitude or even tried to help any of the customers in the store. Such a shame.

Every year I pay for a Sephora to do my makeup. This year I tried this one. I was amazed at the results and she definitely took my words to heart. Although the makeup looked a little off in daylight, it looked amazing at my holiday party.

When I walked into Sephora, I expected the same welcoming experience that many customers talk about. However, as a teenager, I noticed that none of the employees approached me or offered help. They didn’t ask if I needed anything, even though I was clearly browsing and looking around. But when adults walked in, several employees immediately went to assist them.
I felt ignored, and the difference in treatment was unfair. Every customer should feel acknowledged, no matter their age. I hope Sephora improves their customer service so younger shoppers feel just as valued and respected.
