However, as a teenager, I noticed that none of the employees approached me or offered help. They didn’t ask if I needed anything, even though I was clearly browsing and looking around. But when adults walked in, several employees immediately went to assist them. I felt ignored, and the difference in treatment was unfair. Every customer should feel acknowledged, no matter their age. I hope Sephora improves their customer service so younger shoppers feel just as valued and respected.
