  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Riley! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit. I had quite a few questions, and she took the time to answer each one thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. Riley helped me explore a variety of products, especially facial serums, hand serums, under-eye treatments, shampoos, and different hair care treatments. She really knew her stuff and was able to explain everything clearly, including how each product works and what would be best for my needs. She was very professional while still being warm and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. Because of her help, I’m already planning to come back and try more of the products she recommended. Sephora did a fantastic job hiring her—she’s a true asset to the team!

  Riley is phenomenal. I have no clue how to do makeup and my daughter was looking for something particular and Riley went above and beyond. She explains how to apply, the better brushes and why, what lasts and doesn’t last. Riley could convince me to buy a $800 eyeshadow because she’s knowledgeable. Also, I like how I mentioned what I was looking for and she guided me to several options where other reps show what they like but it’s not what you’re looking for.

  Nice location, plenty of parking, and I was able to find the products I needed. Customer service was great as well! I'll definitely return.

  Noor was very polite and helpful and actually cared about helping And I appreciate her professionalism during the situation when she trying to get a sample for me from a lady name Steph, on the other hand, takes her job to an unnecessary extreme. When I asked for a Caudalie sample, she became immediately hostile and defensive, stating that they “can’t give samples if it has to be scooped from the bottle.” I explained that I’ve always received samples this way, only for her to respond rudely with “it’s policy, I don’t make the rules,” followed by an unmistakably dismissive and unpleasant look. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no attempt to provide a positive customer experience. Bad customer service is never acceptable, and because of her attitude alone, I will not be returning to this location

  First time at this location and likely my last. I spend way too much across Sephora stores for the experience today. Very poor customer service from the cashier.
