- HKH KingDec 14, 20251.0A Sephora employee tried to rob me tonight. First, she overcharged me for extra items I didn't buy. .. I called it out ... Then she took one of the items I did buy out of the bag and hid it under the counter....which i had suspected but blew off thinking I was just being paranoid.. ...But after shopping at Kohls I noticed an item was indeed missing from the Sephora bag.... When I went back to confront her, she asked "did you retrace your steps "? I responded with "let's check the cameras " ... Suddenly the item magically reappeared. Not wanting to create spectacle I left the store- but I called as soon as I got in my car. Luckily I was connected with the store manager who said he would escalate the matter.
- DGDon GigiOct 9, 20253.0The teenagers employee are not really knowledgeable in the store, they rather look at products that would benefit them then help I feel like there should be an adult supervising them. The way you look will make them hesitant to speak to you n they would rather stare and stated why are the perfumes being sprayed into the air when theres no papers to spray it on then to help. They should bring some others from the parks location

When I ask her name she did not give me her name so I ask the other girl that was there and she said her name is Ciara so the other girl help me and apologized about her. This is the 2nd time she did this to me I know my English isn’t very good but I feel it’s a race issue. She did not greet me both times! She is so rude!!! I will be calling corporate.
