  First time at this location and likely my last. I spend way too much across Sephora stores for the experience today. Very poor customer service from the cashier.

  Came in tonight looking for a ew things since I decided I was going to tap more into makeup in 2026. I had A LOT of things in my basket kinda clueless. I asked Rylee some questions while I was there. Rylee went above and beyond to help me color match, find the perfect “beginner” friendly makeup routine and even gave me some makeup tips along the way. I truly appreciate her taking the time out of her workday to help me find what I wanted/needed and gave me suggestions on what products would look good on my skin tone & face. If you’re seeing this Rylee, THANK YOU for all of your help.

  I have been trying to find my perfect scent and today I found it! Bri was amazing! She helped me take a fragrance test and suggested an amazing scent and it worked well with my body chemistry. I had a great experience as well as checking out with Sandy she made it so easy!

  I visited this location on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 2:46 PM. I stopped in to quickly purchase one item before attending an important weekend event. I understand that the holidays bring longer lines, which doesn’t bother me. When I got in line, there was one person working the register with two customers ahead of me, and two customers who got in line after me. Another associate eventually came up and took the next person, leaving one customer ahead of me while the line continued to grow. When I was finally next, I stood there waiting patiently. A third associate then walked up, approached the two customers behind me, and asked what form of payment they were using. I turned around after hearing the exchange, and the associate told them she could ring them up on the side. Before she walked away, I asked why those customers were being taken ahead of me when I had been waiting. She responded, “We are told not to help the customer who is first in line, so I have to ring up everyone else and that you will have to wait for someone to become available.” From a customer service standpoint, I found that response extremely disappointing. She completed both customers’ transactions before I was even checked out. I became so frustrated with the interaction that I told three of the representatives there that if this is how customers are treated—being told employees are instructed not to help the person who has been waiting the longest—then why would I want to shop there again? I won't be returning back to this Sephora.
