But she greeted me took my information had me sit in her chair, and ask what did I want ,I told her a bald fade, as low as she could and the sides, and a one on top. Now I've been to many of barbershop and haircut places. Not once has a one ever been bald almost. As she started cutting my hair. I asked her is that a one she said yes and I explained to her its never been this low. She rudely said ,AND I QUOTE "IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU WEAR A HAT ANYWAYS" what!!!! You don't talk to customers like that. Never will I go back here
- NMNayra MendezAug 12, 20251.0The worst experience I understand that tips are appreciated but they should be given because we wants to not because they force you to give them my son asked for a cut which from the beginning she said could not be done because it was from a barber which my son said was fine as close as possible then my son told her not to cut too much of the top and even so she cut more than what my son wanted when it was time to pay she got angry because I was not leaving a tip to which she canceled the transaction and asked me to leave a tip she was very insistent and although I said no several times she insisted until I left the tip

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
