- B2Blended Gaming 25Nov 16, 20251.0The only guy that works here has issues. He purposely messed my hair up so bad. He was basically hitting me on the head with the clippers, going as fast and aggressively as he possibly could. I dealt with it not wanting to make him mad, worried that he would intentionally make a "mistake". I should have just stopped him.. when it came time to clean up my neck line, he quickly cut 2 straps almost 3 inches higher than where my actual neck line ends... I stopped him and said something about it being to high. He the told me " the neckline is supposed to be level with the ears" my neckline is a bit longer than normal, but no one gets it cut this high up. He also said "I'm a master barber, I know what I'm doing". Funny, because one of the really nice ladies had to fix what they could... Now I will essentially have a 3 inch stubble mullet. This was aggressive and really seems intentional. I am so upset about this, I am going to look ridiculous for a month, and it was on purpose. I have had my haircut here several times, and the ladies who have done it were great. But this is beyond insulting, I shouldn't have even had to pay for this

I've had to ask for little refinements at the end and they have done as I asked with no hesitation. They are all friendly and professional. The store is clean.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
