    I had a great experience the first visit. The manager did an excellent job on my hair. My next visit was horrible as the stylist left huge uneven spots in my hair. I returned to speak with the manager who seemed very aggravated about my complaint and although he did give me a free haircut to try and fix the damage. (I had to shave it off with clippers to get it even again.) He was not apologetic or kind at all. I will not be returning to this location.

    I love this Great Clips and the one next Randall's. The staff is always so nice and the place is always clean. I use the Great Clips App to check-in online after checking for wait time.
