    I had the privilege of having Erma, my normal stylist, cut my hair today. Great experience. Literally no wait, walked in, sat down and had my hair cut. Great communication and attention to detail. Location is super convenient. Highly recommend this hair salon.

    Very disappointing experience at Great Clips. The stylist was rude, unprofessional, and rushed through the service with little to no attention to detail. This resulted in one of the worst haircuts I’ve had—easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a stylist. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I contacted customer service twice and was told the franchise owner had been notified both times, yet there has been zero acknowledgment or follow-up. As a long-time customer, this was unacceptable. Service quality and customer care both fell far below expectations

    Went in today to get a haircut consisting of long layers, and left not even being able to tell if I got a haircut, extremely dissapointed with my haircut, nice staff, just not a great haircut, would not recommend this location :(((

    The other day while I was getting myself and my son a haircut this man came in, who I assume to be the owner, yelling and cussing at the workers!!! How awful!! No one deserves to be treated like that at work, esp the nice ladies by a man who can't control himself. I'm absolutely appalled by this mans behaviour, only to find out later from someone that's the manager!! Great clips needs to do something about this he is actively making this a hostile environment not only for his workers but for customers. I was scared for my son as well as myself and the ladies working there. How disgusting!!!

    DO NOT USE THIS SALON FOR A HAIRCUT This was, without question, the worst haircut experience I have ever had. On Saturday, February 21, 2026, I went in for a routine haircut. From the beginning, the stylist (and I use that term loosely) appeared rushed, as did the other staff members. Almost immediately after I sat down, on her second cut, she took a chunk out of my ear. She minimized the severity of the injury, stating it was “not that bad.” Because I could not fully see the damage at the time, I reluctantly allowed her to continue cutting my hair. Later that evening, when I showered, I realized that a portion of my ear had in fact been cut off. I immediately contacted customer service. I was informed the location is privately owned and that the owner would be notified to reach out to me. After receiving no communication, I followed up again on Monday, February 23, 2026. Shortly thereafter, the General Manager contacted me, was apologetic, and stated that the owner would be in touch. To date, I have received no communication from the owner. It is deeply concerning that a customer sustaining a physical injury at this establishment appears to warrant so little urgency or accountability. To make matters worse, the haircut itself is extremely poor. Unfortunately, I now have both a visible injury and an unacceptable haircut just days before I am to be in a wedding. I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking an appointment here.
