- AAAngieAug 27, 20251.0I came into sephora on 8/27/25. The store was empty. There was maybe, like, 2 customers in the entire store. There where 4 ir 5 employees and all they were doing was talking and standing around. No one offered to help me while I was looking for skincare. No one offered to help me while I was looking for foundation. They no longer carry the skin care that I use belief. So I needed help finding a new one, similar to that. And I also needed help finding my Kosas, which they don't have on stock at this time. So I needed to find something different, but no one ever even acknowledge that I was there. I frequent Sephora often at least once a month and for them to be this way, ridiculous. I have never been treated this way when I've been at this sephora. They must be under new horrible management or have new employees that don't even care about their own appearance. I don't know what's happening at the Georgetown Sephora, but it is not good. We used to have great customer service and employees. That really cared about the customers that walked in. One guy even was going on vacation so I heared will I was trying tonfigure out what to buy. Worst experience since this store has been opened in georgetown. I left the store empry handed. I guess I will now go online. Do my research and purchase my sephora online. Or even better, just go down to ulta and see if they have what I need or give me a new product.
