We finally get the notification that he should head to the salon in the next 15 minutes. We walk in and the app says our appointment is 2 minutes away and the board shows we are next. An adult walks in a little bit after us and they call him next for his hair cut. After waiting 30 minutes, another adult and his son walk in. After about 10 minutes, they call his son to get his hair cut. At this point, I talk to the hair dresser. She says that every time someone new gets added to the waitlist, we get bumped down the list. It's a system error and there is nothing she can do about it. This made no sense to me. I told her that clearly we have been here waiting for 40 minutes, my son is 3 years old and can't sit still any longer. She said there was nothing she could do. We almost walked out but she promised we would be next. She wasn't the only hair dresser there, but the other woman spent over an hour cutting this old man's hair, which seemed strange since he had very little hair. My son finally gets his hair cut. The whole time the lady is complaining about her job and the company. A guy walks in and says he finally got the notification to check in, and she denies him. She said it was too close to closing time. He said he had been waiting over an hour. After we get home and wash my son's hair, I notice the front is all uneven and crooked. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
