One stylist was rude and unprofessional during my haircut, making the experience uncomfortable. However, another stylist was kind and patient while cutting my son’s hair at the same visit. The huge difference in behavior at the same location is unacceptable. Customer service should be consistent. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
