  NEVER AGAIN!! I took my father, who is a senior citizen, for a haircut at your salon. After we returned home, I noticed some marks behind his ear. When I asked him about it, he mentioned that the stylist had long nails and it was hurting him a lot while trimming around the ear area. I understand that minor discomfort can sometimes happen, but this caused visible marks and pain, which is concerning—especially for an elderly customer with sensitive skin. Note: Over past 1 year the service has very much deteriorated at this location.

  DO NOT USE THIS SALON FOR A HAIRCUT This was, without question, the worst haircut experience I have ever had. On Saturday, February 21, 2026, I went in for a routine haircut. From the beginning, the stylist (and I use that term loosely) appeared rushed, as did the other staff members. Almost immediately after I sat down, on her second cut, she took a chunk out of my ear. She minimized the severity of the injury, stating it was “not that bad.” Because I could not fully see the damage at the time, I reluctantly allowed her to continue cutting my hair. Later that evening, when I showered, I realized that a portion of my ear had in fact been cut off. I immediately contacted customer service. I was informed the location is privately owned and that the owner would be notified to reach out to me. After receiving no communication, I followed up again on Monday, February 23, 2026. Shortly thereafter, the General Manager contacted me, was apologetic, and stated that the owner would be in touch. To date, I have received no communication from the owner. It is deeply concerning that a customer sustaining a physical injury at this establishment appears to warrant so little urgency or accountability. To make matters worse, the haircut itself is extremely poor. Unfortunately, I now have both a visible injury and an unacceptable haircut just days before I am to be in a wedding. I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking an appointment here.

  I recently got a haircut here, and it seems like the staff has changed. Unfortunately, they left a noticeable patch at the back and didn’t mention it to me at all. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I’d recommend being cautious and making sure you clearly communicate what you want before getting a haircut here.

  We checked in online around 12:45 with a 98 minute wait. Showed up after 60min to wait. We’re not called until after 3pm! This is the worst system ever. Brought a picture of what my son wanted and always gets and the butchered the cut. Looks nothing like the picture, they took off way more hair and used a way shorter hairs than necessary.

  My husband took our son and himself to get a hair cut. My husband told me the front desk girl was really rude to him and our son. The hair dresser was telling my husband while cutting his hair she.has messed up on so many people's hair she doesn't wanna ruin anyone elses. If thats being said then why do hair. I highly recommend saving your money and hair and don't give business to this place. Very unprofessional.
