I then told her the I did not want the top layer short because it will look like a mullet and she responded by saying that if that has happened before then the person did not know what they were doing. I asked for a straight style and I finished with my hair a puffy frizzy mess. Way to expensive for the inexperience.

We have been here so many times and they have notes. She kept on arguing to cover up for a lazy job she did. Eden Lee was also very rude when I politely asked as if I am demanding for a haircut for what she did is trimmer everywhere. For what she did - Seriously any one can do the hair trim with a trimmer at home. She was so rude and lazy she suggested to do my Sons haircut at home myself. This is such a terrible lady and horrible customer service. There is shortage of salons in Georgetown, these guys just need competition for the attitude these guys show.
