How does a hair stylist not know how to do layers? I then told her the I did not want the top layer short because it will look like a mullet and she responded by saying that if that has happened before then the person did not know what they were doing. I asked for a straight style and I finished with my hair a puffy frizzy mess. Way to expensive for the inexperience.
