  DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE Stylist was an older Hispanic woman that did my hair and completely ignored instructions. Asked for 4 on the sides, 2 inches off the top hair length and to blend edges between my side and top of hair. Instead I received a 1 or a 2 buzz to the side of my head and a 4 near the top edge of my hair leaving an incredible visible line in the sides of my head. I wear glasses and must take them off when getting haircuts so I did not notice the initial length that was taken off until I saw the length of hair that was falling off the sides of my head and by then it was too late. When I protested this initial change and pointed out the clearly visible line that she made without asking me she got defensive and argued. I let her continue to cut my hair stating its too late to go back now and tried to let her fix it. She proceeded to cut my hair for maybe an additional 5 minutes before saying she was done. She had done nothing to fix the clear line on the sides of my head and when I brought this up she began to argue again saying it "Doesn't look that bad" and that I haven't been in to the store since December so how was she supposed to know what my hair looks like. We continued to argue and even after asking her to fix it she said it was my fault because my hair is too thin (which it is thinning) and that she has been doing this for 30 years and knows what she is doing. Overall a terrible experience with bad customer service with someone who clearly does not care to listen or wants to. I also echo another review's concern as the stylist did not appear to have any form of certification present on her station.

  been a customer at this location since it opened (15 yrs??). Recently, the staff turnover is very high and quality has gone down while prices increased. I received THE WORST haircut in my 57 years this week. I wont ever go back-I'll pay more somewhere else, this person had 0 clue how to cut hair. She didn't even have a license out on display.

  Yesterday was my first time coming to this location and Song did a fantastic job. She was so nice and attentive. Would definitely come back.
